Returns/Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product for any reason, please contact our Customer Care team at (888) 635-7838. We’re happy to go over your concerns and discuss the best way to get the most out of your purchase.

Any unopened skin care items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, granted they are in 100% original condition. When you return a product, you will receive a full refund credited to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 for your return to be processed. If you opened the product, used it or damaged it, you may return it, however, a return or re-stocking fee of up to 30% may be applied and shipping and handling are non-refundable if you paid for expedited delivery as ground shipping is always free.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless the return was a result of damage or error. Please return the product via UPS or US mail or another common carrier. We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit; we recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Retain your shipping receipt for proof.


At this time, we can only accept returns/exchanges on three individual items in any 365-day period. After this limit has been reached, you are no longer able to return or exchange items until the 365-day period has passed.

Broken/Damaged Items

Once your order arrives, please examine it for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If a product has been broken or damaged during shipping, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us immediately to get instructions. Please keep the box, packaging materials, and damaged items for inspection by the carrier.

Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled after it has begun the fulfillment process, it will be subject to a $15 fee for USPS or UPS shipments. International orders cannot be cancelled. Refused international orders will be assessed the full shipping costs and a $30 handling fee.

Refused/Undeliverable Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable at the time of delivery, an undeliverable package fee will be assessed. The fee is $15 for domestic orders and $30 for international orders. Please double-check your shipping address before you place an order to avoid incurring this fee.
